The service is exclusively online, so customers only have to access the website to be able to request loans and receive offers. All you need to do is provide a few personal details like your name, phone number, and ID number, and wait for Crezu to match you with the right partners. 

Crezu is not a direct lender, so it doesn’t give money to customers. Instead, it acts as a facilitator that matches customers to the lenders that are more likely to approve their loan requests. To receive the money, you need to apply for the loan directly from the partner you selected among the different offers. Once you’ve applied and been approved, you should receive the loan in your account shortly. The repayment of the loan is also done directly with the partner, not with Crezu.
