We do not grant loans, so we do not process your ID number. However, we can recommend that you take a look at your ID card to make sure the digits you are typing are in the correct order and do not have any spaces or symbols.
If, after checking, you still get an error, we recommend that you contact the lender directly so they might assist you in resolving it. The website you’re typing your ID into should have contact information either at the bottom of the page or in pages like “About Us”, “Contact”, or “Legal notice”.
